They worked hard to get me what I needed I was in search of a new car. My Kia was in need of some major upkeep and repair and it was due for inspection. I found this car I liked on CarGuru listed at Fuccillo Lincoln. When I arrived, the manager of the dealership (Steve) helped me and let me test drive the car. They were oddly swamped for a Tuesday, but they stuck with me and helped me out. Craig in the finance office worked hard to get me the terms i wanted and George was a great representative of the business I can appreciate from a buyers perspective. They were all attentive, asked questions, and stuck by their word of how they were going to help me get the car I wanted. I didn't feel like a number. I felt like a valued customer and even still when i stop there for any reason they remember my name and which car i bought. I had a Sirius radio installed post-purchase, and they were amazing with giving me a ride to work and back... a great experience. More

Emily looked for alternate financing but didn't pressure us when our bank had a better rate. I have no complaints about the process and will be back. More

Problem found and fixed quickly My car is a 2012 Veloster which I bought new. It has around 81000 miles on it. The transmission started acting up. I have an extended warranty, so I My car is a 2012 Veloster which I bought new. It has around 81000 miles on it. The transmission started acting up. I have an extended warranty, so I only had to pay my deductible. They fixed the transmission, and my horn that had stopped working some time ago. They also fixed a sensor that made my airbag light come on. More

Derek fought to get me the vehicle I wanted at terms that worked for me however due to management I paid the exact list price of the vehicle with absolutely no budge on price, no help with me tires, and the finance manager wrote in a $2,000 warranty on my finance deal with out even asking or telling me never mind asking. I didn’t even know until I was signing paperwork then was told by finance they wouldn’t sell me the vehicle with out it. More
