Long wait! I waited over 3 hours. The service I came in for was a tire replacement and a inspection. Inspection machine was not working and after 3 hours still d I waited over 3 hours. Our experience at Fuccillo Richard our salesperson was very helpful and patient. He did go the extra mile to find exactly what we were looking for. Sales Good/Delivery not so much We had a nice salesman Tim. He helped up without being pushy. By the time we left we had an appointment to pick up our car the next day at 5:30 p.m We had a nice salesman Tim. He helped up without being pushy. Upon arrival the next day, it was as if they'd never heard our name before. Paperwork was not completed and we sat there waiting for an hour for it to be done and despite our asking about it repeatedly, they were clearly in no hurry. This is not good customer service. Our paperwork should have been done and ready to go by 5:00p.m. We felt our time was not valued once they had our commitment to spend thousands of dollars on a car at their dealership. For this reason I would be reticent to recommend them. Simply not how you treat customers. Very disappointing. More
