Failed to obtain parts required prior to my arrival I made an appointment to have the airbags replaced in my Lincoln MKX as part of a national recall. I spoke on several occasions with the Service Manag I made an appointment to have the airbags replaced in my Lincoln MKX as part of a national recall. I spoke on several occasions with the Service Manager as I needed to reschedule my appointment on one occasion. Despite this, and despite repeated communication from them that they were aware of my appointment, on the day that I arrived I spent about 30 minutes at the dealership before somebody came out and told me that they did not have the necessary parts to complete the repair. This was unbelievably frustrating as I do not have a tremendous amount of free time and I specifically took time off from work and drove 30 minutes only to find out that it was for nought. More

Best Leasing and buying experience ever! From that. point on NO MORE USED VEHICLES .Then I went to FUCCILLO.wow!i came ready to purchase ,knew what i wanted and all i need was the right representative to walk me through the process.That person was DON GROUNDS.I am impressed appreciative and downright grateful to have made his acquaintance Sooo very happy with my new purchase which began as a lease in 2015. Long wait! I waited over 3 hours. The service I came in for was a tire replacement and a inspection. Inspection machine was not working and after 3 hours still d I waited over 3 hours. Service rep was friendly and nice but the wait was extremely too long and seems to be unnecessary since only half the service was performed. More
Our experience at Fuccillo Richard our salesperson was very helpful and patient. He did go the extra mile to find exactly what we were looking for. He needed certain information which we obtained for him to allow us to get the zero percent financing for our new 2018 Lincoln Hybrid MKZ . ] We were disappointed though to learn we didn't get any extra perks from Billy Fuccillo to get a free cruise or any perks at Rivers Cadino. LOL More

Upon arrival the next day, it was as if they'd never heard our name before. Paperwork was not completed and we sat there waiting for an hour for it to be done and despite our asking about it repeatedly, they were clearly in no hurry. This is not good customer service. Our paperwork should have been done and ready to go by 5:00p.m. We felt our time was not valued once they had our commitment to spend thousands of dollars on a car at their dealership. For this reason I would be reticent to recommend them. Simply not how you treat customers. Very disappointing. More
