It's become blatantly obvious that you attempted to turn the narrative in regards to your posted reply about my submitted complaint/concerns about you and your co-workers unruly behavior during my scheduled service repair, after you stated/posted the following: "We will be sure to get that report and video footage to your department to handle." Well, it's been [NINE] days since that response, and we still haven't received any of the material[s] you claimed were being sent. Is there any reason[s] for the hold up? If so, please indicate why; and hopefully you'll finally be able to make all the necessary arraignments YOU claimed were in the process of being completed. Thank you again.

It's never "wasted time" when I make the effort to post FLAWLESS FACTS! As a matter of fact, I will continue to request the listed material[s] you informed me that were being sent out. Because of your inability to produce said material[s], you've once again exhibited just how irresponsible and incapable you are as the General Manager. Fuccillo Hyundai of Schenectady surely won't get any future business from me, friends or family, and they should be taking necessary action by removing you from your position immediately.
