Bought the vehicle almost a year ago, seemed great and not my first time. Take it in with some issues that i called ahead about. I brought in my Tiguan before the warranty ended and they fixed something but it didn’t fix the problem and the same symptoms got worse. So I brought it back just out of warranty and they wanted to charge me fixed something but it didn’t fix the problem and the same symptoms got worse. So I brought it back just out of warranty and they wanted to charge me over $1000 in labor to replace a $50 part when it should have been covered for free. Should have offered at least a discount for the possibility they missed it the first time. More
