Life savers I went to Matthews just as a last chance option. William went way beyond I could have even asked. Kim Miller is a " Miracle Worker"!!!!!!! Welcome to the 21st century of car buying! I live in Chapel Hill NC. My 2006 Mitsubitshi Outlander broke down on me on a Monday. I was referred by a c Welcome to the 21st century of car buying! I live in Chapel Hill NC. My 2006 Mitsubitshi Outlander broke down on me on a Monday. I was referred by a co-worker to give Kim Miller a call. I did not even step one foot onto the Matthews Motor car lot due to my hectic work schedule. The whole sale of my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder 45,000 miles with a Lifetime warranty was manifested via phone and email. She even upgraded the vehicle from the original Nissian Rouge I was originally looking at on their impressive car inventory online. When all was said and done. Kim Miller aka "The Miracle Worker" then took it to the next level by having the vehicle driven to my place of employment out in Chape Hill!!!!!!!! WOW and more WOW's!!!!! I'm truly impressed by Kim's impeccable 5 star customer service while maintaining her organizational skills during the sale!!!! SHE NAILED IT! WAY TO GO KIM!!!! More
