First Car This was my first time shopping for a car that would involve a car payment. I initially talked with Kim over the internet. Pete was an amazing sales person. He was kind and put us at ease. He made the entire experience pleasant and put us at ease. He chatted about his family and his dogs and didn't make us feel pressured. He personally introduced us to other people we would eventually be working with like the service team and business team. He worked hard to get us into a car even though I literally have 0 credit. He picked out a car that was affordable, nice looking, and fit my personal style. He was very detailed in explaining the car and its perks, including all the bells and whistles. My only complaint is that we were given a car with only a quarter of a tank.While we traded in two cars with half to a full tank of gas. So I felt we could have at least gotten half a tank in return. More

Great Customer Service Only issue I had was I needed a new alternator for my new car 24 hours after I purchased it. I took my car out once the part was ordered. I sat there for 3 hours only to find out they order the wrong part twice so I now have to go back out to Clayton from Raleigh again which will make the 5th time in the last two weeks, Outside of that I appreciate the service they gave me and the fact that they were willing to make my car correct at no charge to me.
