Great Customer Service Only issue I had was I needed a new alternator for my new car 24 hours after I purchased it. I took my car out once the part was ordered. I sat there for 3 hours only to find out they order the wrong part twice so I now have to go back out to Clayton from Raleigh again which will make the 5th time in the last two weeks, Outside of that I appreciate the service they gave me and the fact that they were willing to make my car correct at no charge to me. This is my second car f I would absolutely recommend Matthews Motors to anyone looking to buy a car. From beginning to end my experience was superior. This is my second car from this dealer and I even lucked up to get the very same salesperson who sold me my car 7 years go.(how cool was that!) They sent a driver to pick me up and bring me to the dealer and Pete walk me around the lot in 20 degree weather (without complaint) and took me on two test drives. The staff stayed until a little after 9pm to finalize my deal. And for anyone who is in bankruptcy...their bankruptcy staff rocks! More
