I gave these ratings because I truly had a smooth and easy time purchasing my car. They went out of there way to get me a loan from my existing bank. Overall, we had a great experience at Matthews Motors. Murph, our salesman was very nice and friendly. He was easy to like! My complaint is there are no prices on the cars. Once we finally got the prices on the cars we were interested in, things moved a lot quicker! I ended up feeling great about the deal we arrived at but it was certainly your typical go back and forth, wait, let me talk to the manager, experience. However, they are top of line at making you feel appreciated. The owner himself, came around and shook hands, even greeted me the next day when I went by to drop off keys. They are eager to adhere to their 3 month, 3000 mile warranty and I appreciate that. It means a lot! I would most certainly suggest this dealership! As with any dealership, just do your research before you go and know how much you should pay! More
