Easy process I contacted M&M on the site using there chat first. I basically ask to have them look over a offer I had for a vehicle and if they excepted the price I contacted M&M on the site using there chat first. I basically ask to have them look over a offer I had for a vehicle and if they excepted the price I would come in and test drive it and that I didn't have time to chat with a sales person. They asked for my number and would like to talk about it .I refused and then a different Associate started in and said they would take my offer to the manager. Shortly after I received an email that said they accepted the offer. I drove in and met with "Will", a salesman, perfect guy for me .zero pressure only answered my questions and gave details on the car. Bought the car and I'm happy with it and with the over all experience . More
