Amazing experience! I have had very bad experiences with car dealers in the past; and my credit was not worth bragging about. I came into the dealership with not much faith that anything could be done. Bob came out immediately made me feel comfortable, helped with my grandson (he is a rowdy 2 year old). I was really impressed because Bob asked me what I wanted, didn't try to push anything on me. I also did not have to spend my entire day at the dealership! It was fabulous! More

I always wait for my vehicle so I am kept updated (excellent communication by the way) on the service status which makes me feel at ease. I no longer feel apprehensive taking my vehicles in for service knowing I am dealing with Mark and in good hands at Matthews Motors.
