We had phone problems, so the dealership may have had problems contacting us. We contacted them again and they said they would handle it , We have not heard anything from the dealership and we contacted the salesman, Moody the sales manager for used cars and we talked to the service people. No one has contacted us to address this issue. Bottom line is if they wont fix this small problem on the week of the sale, how do I trust them with service. If I cant trust them with service, why should I buy from them in the future. I am in the market for a place to buy cars and have them serviced in the same place. I guess it not them. More

I was fully informed about all required work and suggested repairs. I bought my car at this dealership in December of 2014. From the beginning till now I have had only the best treatment and service. My 9th try to fix issue however, first attempt by Fuccillo I have been trying for 18 months to get help with an engine issue with my 2017 Titan. Four service centers later and with the help of a Tech rep from I have been trying for 18 months to get help with an engine issue with my 2017 Titan. Four service centers later and with the help of a Tech rep from Nissan, I think, the issue has been resolved.
