LIED TO You know when you spend almost 20,000,00 for something especially a vehicle you drive everyday with your family inside, you expect a dealership to be You know when you spend almost 20,000,00 for something especially a vehicle you drive everyday with your family inside, you expect a dealership to be honest with you. Well this was not my experience. I specifically ask if there are any recalls on the vehicle you expect them to tell you. I was told by the sale person "SCOTT" that there were none. I got a recall letter in the mail went to my local Kia service center they told me there were 3 recalls. 2 of which were there when I purchased the vehicle. And after I got the vehicle I found out the fluids none of them had been filled. Also They had no gas in this vehicle and it was not cleaned. If this is the way Fuccillos does business I suggest you go to another dealership. They are dishonest and do not care about there customers and get this I called to complain about finding out about the recalls and ask to speak with the manager I was told he was with a customer and he would call me back HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Totally disrespect for one of their customers. More

They don't honor service agreements. When I purchased my wife's car two years ago, we got a 96-month service agreement that includes all oil changes. Today, less than three years into th When I purchased my wife's car two years ago, we got a 96-month service agreement that includes all oil changes. Today, less than three years into the agreement, I took the car in for the oil change and they said my service was all used up. I explained that I had 8 years of oil changes, but since their service computer did not reflect this, they would not honor it. I asked to see a copy of my original sales contract to prove this, and they said that would take at least 24 hours to get. I was told my options were to leave, or pay for the service and possibly get reimbursed "if" I was right. When I returned home I secured a copy of my 96-month service agreement. Fuccillo Nissan does not know how to mate their sales contracts with their service department, and I was treated poorly because of this. More
