Dishonest/Poor Customer Service This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. After you buy a car from them they could care less about you. Bought a car in September 2013 an This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. After you buy a car from them they could care less about you. Bought a car in September 2013 and still dealing with problems. Dishonest salesmen,Trey the general manager could care less, service department is a nightmare. They are well aware of my issues and I have gotten no answers or response from them and my car is still not fixed. Jr. needs to step in and rethink who he has overseeing his dealership. Time to get Nissan Motor Corp and BBB involved. More

I was greeted with a smile as soon as I arrived by Chris he was very genuine and friendly throughout the process. He knew everything there was to know about my car. He made my family and I continuously smile and laugh he even remembered my kids names. The dealership had a very friendly vibe everyone was smiling, they also have a room for kids to sit in, my kids almost didn't want to leave. I truly enjoyed my experience and I will recommend this dealership and salesman to everybody I know. More

Buyer beware. I was given a quote for a trade . I kept asking to see the amount that would be used toward a lease. Was told don' t worry all the amount that was quoted would be there . I did not carefully examine all final paperwork and the numbers did not add up.I ' m still waiting for them to make it right after 3 weeks time. I think that they expect people not to double check on the amounts after all it''s more money for them. More

This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had! After shopping around at other dealerships I wasn't sure I could even purchase a vehicle. I recently went through a rough patch and my credit had some flaws. I went to other local Nissan dealerships and they looked at my credit and before even trying to make a deal showed me the door. From the moment I stopped into Fuccillo I had the best time. I told my salesman about my situation and he just smiled and said they help people in my situation all the time. I was expecting to see an outrageous number on the sheet for payment (due to my credit) but I left there with a payment better than I wanted! Billy Jr. Really went above and beyond for me. I will send everyone I know to you! More
Before my wife and I agreed on a used 2013 Nissan Altima S, we had asked for a "Car Fax" (or other type of accident reporting venue) at the time of purchase. Was told the dealership would provide the infor S, we had asked for a "Car Fax" (or other type of accident reporting venue) at the time of purchase. Was told the dealership would provide the information, but continued to do paperwork, I had to call insurance company to add new car to policy, etc., and the request was forgotten by both myself and the salesman. After 10 days, we received the Car Fax report and the vehicle HAD been in an accident. I feel the dealership swindled me and was not up front with me. I called the dealer principle (Billy Fuccillo Jr.) and he informed me he WANTS me to be a happy customer but WILL NOT BUY/REPLACE WITH SAME MODEL. I feel after purchasing FIVE CARS through the Fuccillo family of franchises, this particular dealership is not honest. We also purchased the "Environmental Package" (Undercoating/Rust Proofing, Paint protection, Fabric Protection, etc.) Picked up vehicle after all this was done and the vehicle had spots on it which were not done completely. Had wax residue in the cracks and the painted surfaces in the door jambs were not paint protected. Opened the trunk lid and the "Environmental Package Paint Sealant" wasn't applied to any of the painted surfaces not seen from the outside. I was to understand (By the Finance guy) ALL PAINTED SURFACES WOULD HAVE THE SPECIAL "SEALANT" APPLIED. Was told (after a meeting with Billy Fuccillo, Jr.) to bring the car back and it would be applied correctly. JUST HOW MANY CARS ARE OUT ON THE ROAD WITH THE SAME INCOMPLETE PAINT SEALANT DONE??? Sloppy/shoddy workmanship. I cannot, with an honest mind, EVER recommend this Dealership....PERIOD. I am dismayed by the whole "experience". More
