Everything was handled with professionalism and transparency, We never did anything to mislead Mr. Nations into anything that wasn't discussed on paper and verbally about their previous lease. The check was sent as promised, Unfortunately we can't control the mail system. I pride myself on integrity, Nothing was done the way as reported by this review.

UPDATE: After posting (venting) my frustration online, a check was finally received. I also received an email from Ferman asking that since a check was now in hand would I "...retract the defamation of character reviews you've submitted about me and the dealership." Given all the information provided was accurate, that my feelings of frustration and disappointment are very much my feelings so therefore valid, and that I still would not recommend them to friends - feel an update should suffice that yes, I did get a check for only the final payment as contractually owed months after the fact and after multiple requests.
