Well, this was certainly unexpected and I hate to have to do this, but I feel compelled after what happened. Last week, I received a recall notice from Maus concerning my recently financed Grand Cherokee L. do this, but I feel compelled after what happened. Last week, I received a recall notice from Maus concerning my recently financed Grand Cherokee L. The rear coil springs may have been incorrectly installed and the email advised me to schedule a service appointment, which I did with John Thorne via a service rep last Saturday. Fast forward to today and I arrived on time for my appointment, only to learn that he’s currently on vacation (no worries there, he deserves time off like everyone else) and I actually have to go to a Dodge/Jeep dealership to get this potential issue taken care of. It would’ve really been nice if someone could’ve let me know in advance via call, text, or email before I spent time and gas to come there after working overnight. I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 5.5 years now (5th vehicle), so I expect and deserve better than this. More
I can’t begin to describe how much I LOVE my new (to me, anyway) Grand Cherokee!! I came to have my Pathfinder serviced last Saturday (9/30) and decided to test drive it while I was waiting. I instantly fell in love with it at first site and just had to have it after the drive. Chris Hudson and his trainee, James, were excellent! They showed me all around the vehicle, describing many of the features in detail, and kept asking questions to make sure they understood what I was looking for. I’ll admit I was very upset to learn that Liz was let go. I was quite fond of her, but Chris is even better! Darmin was also excellent, working to get me a great deal, Cheri set up an appointment to get me a second key fob, and Jaryd helped me quickly plow through all the paperwork. Linda, as always, was warm and friendly, chatting with me while I waited for the Grand Cherokee to be brought up, and even Lance and Nooney stopped to say hi. I’m sure Aldo would’ve done the same had he been there. They ended up having to replace the battery for me but gave me a rental for the weekend. John did a great job getting the Pathfinder ready in case I decided to keep it. He even threw in a free fuel treatment. I always feel like a VIP rock star there! With such excellent people, Maus is the only dealership that will ever get my business! Keep up the great work!! More

We just had the WORST experience with this Maus Nissan. Truly can’t believe what just happened, especially since I have previously purchased from them almost 5yrs ago. We went in today to possibly trade in and purchase another. Our sales person was Elizabeth and she was extremely pushy from the start. She did run numbers and unfortunately they were just not where we needed them to be. After continuing stating that and going back and forth in an endless cycle, I asked for my keys back. My 1yr old and puppy were with us as well and there was just no getting to where we needed to be. Which is fine. I had to ask Elizabeth and the sales manager for my keys 10x - meanwhile she was trying to talk to my significant other and ignoring me when asking for MY keys back as it is MY car that was being contemplated for trade in. I asked her if she was even listening to me and she said yes but then continued to sit there and push us for a car we told her just wasn’t going to work out numerous times. At this point I’ve asked for my keys back 20x and am getting pissed off. The manager finally gets up and gets the keys, meanwhile Elizabeth has the audacity to tell me IM being rude while she straight up ignored me asking for my keys back. I told her I didn’t want to work with her, told her that she is too pushy and told her to give me my xxxxing keys back while causing a scene in the showroom. I shouldn’t have to ask 20+ times for MY own car keys back let alone the 30x we said the deal just wasn’t going to work out tonight. This is just SO unprofessional and we were not expecting this behavior at all from this dealership. Very disappointed. More

Maus just keeps providing great service! I had my car serviced in November last year and yesterday. Mary helped me schedule the November one and Tiffany took care of me when I arrived. I was actually able to schedule yesterday’s service online for the first time in at least 2 years. Once again, Tiffany took care of me, getting my car serviced, washed, and vacuumed exactly when she said.
