My experience was completely amzing. I gave my 5 star rating because J.D was the best salesman I had experienced. Why have appointments? I had an appointment at 9:00 AM Sat. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to see a SA. Katrina was very nice and helpful. I asked how long it should I had an appointment at 9:00 AM Sat. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to see a SA. Katrina was very nice and helpful. I asked how long it should be to replace my battery, she about an hour. I told her if she thought it would take longer to let me know so I could go home and pick it up late. An hour later she said it was the battery and that it would be done shortly. It took another hour and 45 minutes. I’m fine with it taking that long but if she told me that up front I would of gone home and come back later. More
