With my new 2021 SENTRA NISSAN! Not starting a few weeks after purchase. In service for over a week. Then didn't start again about 2 weeks ago! This was a serious problem, that caused some very concerning problems in my family! I went in & sat in service for over 2 hours! Fixed again! Then a short time later, Mary called because of a recall. It was exactly my problem! Thanks to Mary & her keen eye & concern for her customers, she saw the recall for my car! Will I tell others about NISSAN? That is still up in the air! But, about the service area with Mary Boulahanis, definitely!!!! More

I ordered an update sim card for my 2017 murano. Maus I ordered an update sim card for my 2017 murano. Maus installed the update. I went on vacation the next day to the mountains of North Georgia. When I ordered an update sim card for my 2017 murano. Maus installed the update. I went on vacation the next day to the mountains of North Georgia. When we arrived, the updated GPS DIDN'T recognize the address of our cabin so we had to rely on another family member to guide us to the cabin. We had five family cars at our cabin and my 2017 Murano with an updated GPS was the only vehicle that couldn't locate the address. I paid $138.00 for the updated card and another $72.50 for the installation. I'm not happy about this. More

Extremely unsatisfied! I had a flat tire on 7/21/21 . I called Maus asking if I had coverage for my tire . I was informed YES no deductible! I scheduled an appointment to have my tire replaced for 9:15 am called Maus asking if I had coverage for my tire . I was informed YES no deductible! I scheduled an appointment to have my tire replaced for 9:15 am . Not only was I informed that I was NOT covered and it cost me $193.00 but it also took 3 1/2 hrs for a tire to be changed !!’ Really ! NOT a happy camper and I will bring my vehicle somewhere else for repairs as they / you are extremely overpriced! Maus Care does really NOT include much !! Very disappointed but this has NOT been my first unsatisfactory experience there !! More

After signing the papers and on the drive home the tire pressure sensor turned on. I called the salesman who stated they had to replace a sensor and it should turn off in a day or two. It did not and I called him back and he said to bring the car in so they can fix the issue. We set up a day and time to bring it in. On the day I brought it in I learned noone knew of my visit because the salesman had been let go. The service department still looked at the vehicle for me and said the other 3 sensors broke and there was nothing they could do but rather I needed to take it to a Buick dealership on my own to have it fixed and they couldn't help me out. I have never had 3 sensors go out at the same time especially right after they said it had been serviced and checked that day.. Having been told the issue would be taken care of as I had just left the lot then being told later there was nothing that could be done is unacceptable. More
