Maus Nissan of North Tampa

I purchased my vehicle at the beginning of April it’s now July 2026 and I am still unclear and waiting for answers on $5000 that was snuck into my financing agreement. The salesman never reached out to me after I drove off the lot. Financing only contacted me to get additional details about my purchase. I was told that they would give me Maus Care. I informed financing four days after I purchased my car that there are things that need to be fixed. The check engine light has been on since that Friday. My contract charged me around $1500 to fix things on my vehicle but there is no actual documentation about what was done. I was charged $2000 for a car wash service but I still have absolutely no idea where my car needs to go or how I can contact the service provider. And, I was charged $1500 and it says that I owed money to someone and I don’t owe anything to anyone. I’ve emailed, sent text, and gone in person to get answers but I was ignored. I had to leave after waiting for nothing. Be careful about dealing with this type of disrespect! More
