Every time we bring the car in for A free oil change, they always attempt to get us to have other things fixed. That is even if the other things have already been fixed by them during previous visit. The they always attempt to get us to have other things fixed. That is even if the other things have already been fixed by them during previous visit. They take a lot longer than it should. For example, we scheduled an appointment to have the oil change last week, and when my son got there, they said it would take 2 1/2 hours. What is the point of having an appointment if you have to wait so long? The staff were incredibly rude to my son, and tried some high pressure sales pitch to get him to trade in that car for a new one. More
