The worst dealership I've dealt with in over 50 years Their sales staff is untrained, Their Financial person doesn't know what he is doing (I got several checks sent to me after the sale for over charges) Their sales staff is untrained, Their Financial person doesn't know what he is doing (I got several checks sent to me after the sale for over charges) The service shop set me up with a first time appointment then told me when I arrived that I wasn't due for service so I went home with no service and lost time. How they will stay in business I don't know, but what I do know they have to get better. Maybe the owner should spend some time at the dealership. More

Mark and Noah reworked the final numbers so that the amount we agreed upon was met. Maas prides themselves on forging relationships with their customers and doing so with transparency and integrity. Our faith was restored today. I feel it’s important to note that I did hours of research and have a credit score of 840+. I do not believe the miscommunication was NOT at all intentional, yet at the same time, it became stressful. Thank you Mark and Noah . Vega , we understand. Service Dept We did not have a great experience in the service department. We went back to get the second key programmed for our new truck. We were told that there was a recall on the truck that we had just purchased on Friday. Your service writer told us there was a recall. Actually there was no recall just the second key needed to be programmed. Your service writer was very short with us when we tried to explain to him why we were there. When we entered the guest lounge area we were subjected to MSNBC Blasting Liberal Left Wing on the television, So we left and waited outside in the cold for our vehicle, our choice to do so along with other customers as well. This is not the place for customers to be subject to politics no matter what your opinion is. Put it on Bay News 9 or something else. More
