Jake went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted to make the deal happen. We test drove and looked at a lot of different vehicles. He never got frustrated with us or pressured us. I came to Max Ford because the customer service at the Ford dealer I was using had changed and they did not do some worked I asked for and accused me of neglect on my car I had taken to them since I bough Ford dealer I was using had changed and they did not do some worked I asked for and accused me of neglect on my car I had taken to them since I bought it from them.
