Nice experience buying a truck from Tim, only complaint and very much a disappointment. Truck was to have factory running boards on delivery. During the dealer trade it arrived with no running boards and t and very much a disappointment. Truck was to have factory running boards on delivery. During the dealer trade it arrived with no running boards and this will now be costing me an additional minimum 500 dollars out of pocket. After all negotiations I came to the table to close the deal with my full comments, major disappointment that it was not the truck in full that I had ask for or promised ,I hate that this happened for Tim. I didn’t want him to pay for his mistake or oversight, but as a customer I shouldn’t have had to pay for it either. Hopes and looked to management on the upper sales floor to step up but was told no more wiggle room in price. Love my new truck , but will always have a bad taste for this incident. Still looking to get factory boards on this truck after market OEM by no means look and match the factory look I wanted. I’m am also in the customer satisfaction business and if I do a job , I don’t get paid until I complete a project in full. Sorry for my rant, but it’s on my mind and always will be remembered. More

We have been waiting since June 25th on our title for 2018 CRV. Now it was suggested by a employee that we drive the car without a tag or title and the dealership would pay fines! Our last day to drive l 2018 CRV. Now it was suggested by a employee that we drive the car without a tag or title and the dealership would pay fines! Our last day to drive legally is Sunday so what do we do? We already had to buy a 30 day extension at our expense .Would not recommend this dealer at this point We asked for a dealer tag to cover after 60 days and were told they are short on them... Really??? We been told by several associates that they would return a call but they did not More

Great dealership, I was in and out in 2 hours. I wasn’t Great dealership, I was in and out in 2 hours. I wasn’t pleased with the interest rate but when I returned the following day to drop off the title Great dealership, I was in and out in 2 hours. I wasn’t pleased with the interest rate but when I returned the following day to drop off the title for my trade in they already had it reworked for me all I had to do was sign the paperwork and drive off into the sunset.
