I like this dealership but apparently when you buy a new Ford the 36,000- 3 year bumper to bumper warranty doesn’t necessarily include the electronics. A Gap insurance is sold for a added cost. the service was good I told the person at my check in at 4 pm that I would wait for my truck in the visitors lounge. At 5:45 I went back to service desk to find out when I told the person at my check in at 4 pm that I would wait for my truck in the visitors lounge. At 5:45 I went back to service desk to find out when my truck would be finished, the young man who working at a desk in the drive through looked on the check-in desk and found my paper work that the service was complete. he had no idea why no one told me at completion. the works service was supposed to take about 45 minutes. he did comp the service which I thought was helpful, but I was still disappointed. I have my truck serviced there regularly and will do so again but I will not accept this level of customer care More
