Had oil change, tire rotation, multi system inspection and replacement of front and back wipers. Waited 2 hours for the service. In the past with the same service I would wait a maximum of 1 hr. Had to and replacement of front and back wipers. Waited 2 hours for the service. In the past with the same service I would wait a maximum of 1 hr. Had to return because the rear wiper had not been adjusted and therefore did not wipe the entire rear window. Was told it would not take long and it took 1 hour which is unacceptable. More

Regular maintenance on the vehicle always comes up with more problems. Condensation build up in the oil that could cause great damage to the vehicle was not explained at time of purchase, nor any other mai more problems.
