Getting the oil change for my truck was great as always and usually getting any other service is also but this time I paid 100 to have my seat belt looked at and was told that the extended warranty I boug and usually getting any other service is also but this time I paid 100 to have my seat belt looked at and was told that the extended warranty I bought doesn't cover it the service guy I talked to was suppose to order the part needed then call me when it came in to set up a time to get it fixed here its been over a month and haven't heard anything from them More
My only issue was the fact the dealership had my truck for 3 weeks after purchasing it, I get it back & the rear sliding glass doesn’t work & I called to see about this & because we’re a month out now the for 3 weeks after purchasing it, I get it back & the rear sliding glass doesn’t work & I called to see about this & because we’re a month out now there isn’t anything they can do about it. Which don’t get me wrong they were wonderful & I had a loaner the whole time but the fact I didn’t even have access to my truck to check out everything & now there’s nothing I can do about it but eat the cost.
