The service department was great. I'm a single older female. They checked out my issues, fixed a small issue and didn't charge me. I have an older, high mileage ford that's been very well cared for. I have had my 2018 Platinum F150 at Max Motor for routine mainintenace since I bough the truck. I have my oil changed and tires rotated every 4-5k miles and always at Max. Several weeks ago I brought my truc mainintenace since I bough the truck. I have my oil changed and tires rotated every 4-5k miles and always at Max. Several weeks ago I brought my truck into Max to have a vibration on the front drivers side evaluated. Much to my shock I was told that the front drivers side wheel bearing and hub needed replaced. I was told it was shot! Max has been rotating my tires every 4-5K miles and never mentioned that the wheel bearing was starting to get play in it. At the same time I was told my oil pan and the oil seals were all leaking and needed replaced. Again they have been changing my oil for over 2 years and always at the 4-5K mileage mark and never noticed anything. Everything was always in the green on there work order. They also decided I needed an alignment really bad. They paid no attention to my vehicle and just went through the motions of doing a oil change and I don't even think there were rotating the tires as they claimed my tires were wearing on the inside but that would improve with rotation.!! Unbelievable!! That cost me $3800 and it should have been seen months ago before it got so bad. Then they charged me $350 dollars for a small door ding in the piece of crap loaner vehicle they let me drive while they had my truck for a week. Worst customer service ever and I will never go back for service or to purchase a vehicle. More
