Warranty work I have had good and bad experiences at Max Motors. The bad has always been resolved in some way. This time my wife's explorer need extended warranty w I have had good and bad experiences at Max Motors. The bad has always been resolved in some way. This time my wife's explorer need extended warranty work to fix a developing oil leak. We got a loner scheduled and things began to get fixed. Now I didn't ask but we have MBPI. The explorer has an actual 0$ deductible. I attempted to explain this to the service department and was told to call MBPI direct. The question is can you not see that considering a call to check the coverage has to be made? Also our paperwork lists the expiration as 8/19 when it's actually 8/20. Overall a very minor issue. Also they fixed a few random things that were not originally scheduled to be fixed so we were actually very happy with that. The last thing is there was 0 paperwork given to my wife for our records. I was at work and couldn't be present to ask. So we have a bit of concern as to paperwork being altered before we get it in the mail. Thanks, David Butt More
Great service. I came in for an oil change and it was fast and my car is running much better now. They brought them out to to show them to me and replaced them and my wipers, which were destroyed from the ice this past winter. 10 out of 10, would return again. More
disappointing When you purchase a 2019 truck and the front passenger floorboard carpet consistently stays wet and they say there is nothing they can do as it's comi When you purchase a 2019 truck and the front passenger floorboard carpet consistently stays wet and they say there is nothing they can do as it's coming from the air conditioning something located right above the passenger's feet and with high humidity days if you run the air on low it will build up condensation, and it has no where to go but in the floorboard. I can't set anything in the floor such as my wife's purse as it gets wet. This frustrates me. It's going to make the carpet stink and become moldy and ruin the floorboard over time. I would like something figured out and/or done about it. More
