Disappointed It was my second service visit and the salesman preceded to tell me that it was going to cost me $39.99 for my oil change. I questioned him why, he to It was my second service visit and the salesman preceded to tell me that it was going to cost me $39.99 for my oil change. I questioned him why, he told me that I had used 4 visits already. He told me I am no longer going to get the free oil changes since the dealership was sold. I feel that the original agreement should be grandfathered in since my vehicle was purchased before the sale. If going forward you want to change the policy to 4 free oil changes so be it but I should not be penalized due to the sale of the dealership. More

I arrived at 4:15 - no loaner. The young lady stated to call a person who was supposed to return loaner when I arrived. One of your service managers was kind enough to assist and get me a loaner. Upon return and pick up of my vehicle - my car was blocked by other cars - I waited 20 mins in my car had to go back in because they moved 1 car and forgot about others and fogot I was waiting. Lastly I asked to have my tires rotated - they didn’t do it ! More

No need for an appt you wait anyway Had an appt for 8:30. My car was not ready until 12. It took 4 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires. Tire pressure was very low.
