i bought a 2005 nissan titan there last april.mike the salesman was very nice and met me at the door and was helpful. the owner remsen also spoke w me and was also nice and helpful. got a good trade in for my infiniti g35. 2 months later when i had an issue w the exhaust the owner gave me his cell number and split the repair cost w me. very easy no hassle buying experience. very down to earth staff w no pressure sales tactics and I still love the truck!

They said because I am not a past customer and not military and added ridiculous other fees, they said car would be 39,000. That’s before taxes. So dishonest. I was willing to pay cash on the spot. Service Dept. is a Travesty! Lying thieves! Stay away!!! I bought a used 2022 Terrain from them which seems Ok. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and wipers. They talked me into a 30K maintenance, which included a wheel alignment. Since my "Check AWD System" light had come on I thought an alignment might be a good idea. In addition, They did a dirty cabin filter replacement, which was NOT included in the 30K listing (additional $140). When I went to check out the alignment was not listed on the bill. When I asked if it was done, I got a blank stare. They never checked the AWD. I feel I was lied to about the service being performed. A blank stare and a $775 bill. All prices were made up on the fly and were negotiable. They tried to charge an extra 3% for using a credit card. My first and last time at that joke of a place. Never again.
