Regarding your 4 hour wait for an oil change, we are currently reconstruction our service center to be able to better assist customers in the future. So for that, we apologize for the inconvenience and are working to fix the issue. As far as the warranty issue goes; Warranties vary from each and every make model and vin number. All of those factors play a part in warranties and what is or isn't covered.
