Use at your own risk I have used this service center for 12 years for several different vehicles. Recently, my experiences went from ok, to bad, to intolerable. At my last I have used this service center for 12 years for several different vehicles. Recently, my experiences went from ok, to bad, to intolerable. At my last service visit, the technician forgot to tighten the lugnuts on my tire and I almost had an accident when the car began fishtailing all over the highway. They apologized and I decided to give them another chance. I made an appointment for 11;15 to have an oil change and fix a leaky tire. I showed up ten minutes early at 11:05. I checked in at 12:30 and the representative told me that my car hadn't yet been brought in the shop. I asked for a loaner car as I had to get back to work but they couldn't provide one. 45 minutes later they had someone drive me to my office but said they couldn't guarantee they'd be able to pick me up. At 2:19, I was notified that my car was ready. THREE HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND A LEAKY TIRE!!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! I'm officially done with this place. More

Vinny our sales man was extremly quick to please, he listened to what we had to say, he knew what our budget was, therefore he knew what we might be interested in purchasing. Vinny helped us from beggining to end, calling insurance company, speaking to on- star, finance, changing plates, and introducing us to Felix the manager who then ran with the ball. Felix then expressed concerns by putting our minds at ease when we needed to supply information required to purchase a vehicle. Felix collected 1 piece of information at a time so that we were not overwelmed or confused, nor did we feel that we were being rushed into anything. Felix worked out a plan that we could afford and surprised us with additional bonus of not having to pay the 1st payment on the car purchase. All I can say is keep up the good work.
