Latest Experience 2018 I put my car in service early morning. I had to call for a status around 2pm. They said my car wasn't seen yet. By 4 p.m. I knew I wasn't going to I put my car in service early morning. I had to call for a status around 2pm. They said my car wasn't seen yet. By 4 p.m. I knew I wasn't going to see my car untill the next day. I called the following morning and they said it would be ready within the hour. My only complaint is there's a lack of communication between the service center and the customer. More
