I was welcome by Felix and assigned Matt as a salesman. He was professional and willing to listen to what we wanted. He took the time to explain the differences between buying and leasing and also between different cars and models to suit our needs. We chose the Hyundai Tucson, took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. I expected another three hours of arguing back and forth, but to surprise it took a lot less than that. I was presented with a quote that showed us everything, talked about for fifteen minutes, made a reasonable offer which was accepted right away and we took the car.
