Waist of time My appointment was scheduled for a noon working navigation system that's been down a year because they never had the time to check it before. When I My appointment was scheduled for a noon working navigation system that's been down a year because they never had the time to check it before. When I come in this time I sat and waited 30 min before being told the person that works my issue wasn't in that day and it had to be resheduled. Plus there was gonna be a fee. Meaning nothing on the car was covered under the lease. Not sureI'm renewing a lease with Maxon when it's up. Was supposed to get a call today to reschedule didn't get a call either. Terrible More

Disappointed with service. I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time for a recall on my car. I asked if they had the part needed and was told "Yes" by a service representativ I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time for a recall on my car. I asked if they had the part needed and was told "Yes" by a service representative. I took off from work , arrived at appointment time and was told by service rep the part was Not available. I was told I will be called when part comes in and to reschedule. So now I'm out a days work and waiting for the part. Your service reps should know if they don't have recall parts in for a car rather than letting me waste my time. More
