My experience with Mayse Automotive in Aurora was great. It had been recommended to me by two coworkers as they had enjoyed their experience as well. I had checked out other dealerships and cars that were much closer to where I live but none of them were able to offer me the price or provide the service that I got in Aurora at Mayse Automotive. This was my first car buying experience and I was uncomfortable with the "pushiness" that I experienced at some of the local dealerships. I believe the salesmen are just as important in the whole car buying experience as the car itself. We purchased a used 2010 Saturn Vue from Mayse. After doing sone research online we had our price in mind of what we wanted to pay. After a couple months of negotiations via email we were finally able to doing sone research online we had our price in mind of what we wanted to pay. After a couple months of negotiations via email we were finally able to get our car in the color we wanted for the right price. When we drove to Aurora to check it out everything went throuh without much of a snag. The one negative is that the car was not cleaned before we viewed it, that was done while we were there signing papers. Ehren was very nice and informative. We ended up leaving very happy. There were a few cosmetic issues we noticed when we got home but it's a used car so it wasn't anything that couldn't be fixed for less than $35. Christine got in contact with us wanting to make sure we were happy and to see if there was anything they could do. Ehren and Christine were both really caring and seemed truly concerned with our happiness. Thank you to both of them for helping with everything! More
