I have had a significant number of interactions with sales, parts and services of BUSH's dealerships and in each case, the experience was very positive. Joel Montijo was helpful, flexible and fair in his dealing with my son purchasing his first car. I would highly recommend Joel to any car buyer. It was a breath of fresh air in what would be a normally contentious transaction. Since many dealerships are now owned by private equity, most are pressure cookers, but I am pleased to say BUSH is not. If more dealerships exhibited the type of positive leadership that BUSH exudes, the buying public would have a much better perception of the industry. I knew there were some changes made to the vehicle. Joel Montijo was a pleasure to work with. Honest and upfront about everything. He was very knowledgeable and had an answer to every one of my questions and concerns. Joel was able to find the best deal for me and the best fit model for my wants and needs. Originally I was looking for a blue exterior color. But I fell in love with the Meteor Gray Mica. It's perfect and has all the bells and whistles I wanted. The trade in and financing process was super easy and painless. Way less stressful than I had previously experienced at other dealerships.
