Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!!!! I was recently in a car accident (which was not my fault), that led to my vehicle being deemed a totaled loss. The last time I purchased a car was I was recently in a car accident (which was not my fault), that led to my vehicle being deemed a totaled loss. The last time I purchased a car was in 2006 and I didn't know where to start. I went online and found the perfect car for me at Mazada City in Jacksonsville, FL. I contacted the dealership via cargurus.com to check the availability of the vehicle. Within ten minutes I received a response from Joel letting me know the vehicle was available. I advised him I would be traveling from Georgia and would like to test drive the vehicle. My husband and I arrived the next day to test drive the car. Joel greeted us, took us to his office and gave an overview of the car. He showed us the car fax report, mileage and repairs done prior to the car being put on the lot. Once this information was reviewed, we went out to the car. Joel went over the whole car with us inside out. He was very professional, knowedgable, patient and answered all of our questions. After the transaction was done, Joel walked us out to the vehicle. Once I was inside, he asked me to review the vehicle again to see if I had any additional questions. This was very thoughtful and considerate. I would like to thank Joel and Greg (finance officer). They both worked with my husband and I and put me in the vehicle I wanted. He introduced us to the CX-5, unfortunately, we weren't able to find one in our price range. After a few days though, Ken Baxley was able to find us this vehicle with only 5k miles on it! He made sure everything was handled and taken care of ahead of time so if we were ready to buy after the test drive, the process was quick and simple.
