I recently used their Service Center for my car. While I'm happy with the repairs, I do feel I was more/less persuaded to think about a new car instead of allowing me to place an order for a part th While I'm happy with the repairs, I do feel I was more/less persuaded to think about a new car instead of allowing me to place an order for a part that would save me money in the long run. May be a sales tactic or the part is sincerely that hard to get but if the customer is asking for the part, your job is to sell it. We're going elsewhere for this part of my repairs unfortunately.
