Came in for 5k service for 22 CX-5 Turbo. Oil and filter on invoice is for Non Turbo. No resolution after calling twice. Escalated to Mazda USA and awaiting a call back. More

Reached out to MazdaUSA and said the issue was marked as resolved since dealer didn't get a response to their email. When asked what email the dealer used, its an email I don't even have. My contact is on the invoice yet they contacted email that doesn't even exist.
