WORST DEALERSHIP (good salesman BAD everything else) The finance guy was not truthful about a waiver that I refused to sign which would have me agree to binding arbitration in stead of any other remedy sh finance guy was not truthful about a waiver that I refused to sign which would have me agree to binding arbitration in stead of any other remedy should there be a dispute.. When I refused to sign he threatened to NOT allow me to buy the car. He claimed that the LAW required me to sign it to buy car in the State of NJ,. Simply put, that's just not true. I told him to put it in writing more than once (once in front of the Sales manager) but he simply refused to do it..That's because IT was not legal to demand I sign the agreement AVOID this place at all costs... OR at very least DO NOT SIGN ANY AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES!!! IT IS NOT A LEGAL REQUIREMENT IN NJ THAT YOU SIGN THIS TO BUY ANY CAR!! KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!! More
