I can't even give this dealership 1 star. They were rude and insulting. Went to see a Mazda CX 5 on 8/5 (Thursday) and spoke with Galen. So, I called the following week about the same car and spoke with Hector on 8/9 (Monday evening approx 5pm) and let him know that as soon as I'm approved by my credit union, I will be giving him a call. I called the very next morning (8/10) at 9AM, Hector sends me the price breakdown of the vehicle. I call him to then make an appointment to purchase the vehicle--he's not available. MEANWHILE, Galen calls me and tells me "Hector asked me to call you but the car is sold. And we don't take credit union financing so it's a mute point to discuss any other vehicle" I definitely would never recommend this dealership. Where do you care where my money comes from as long as it's legal and the car is being sold. More

Shady dealership. The sales manager, John Bruno, tried charging me $1400 for a certification fee for a CPO vehicle, which is illegal. I told him it was illegal to do - to which he replied, "we're a dealer charging me $1400 for a certification fee for a CPO vehicle, which is illegal. Insulting. I was told I cannot even test drive the car I was interested in unless I was going to buy it that day. This is not acceptable !!! Met with Dre Brownridge after speaking with him through email. He received us right away and had the car we asked the test drive ready to go. Car was in great shape and we were ready to purchase, but thi email. He received us right away and had the car we asked the test drive ready to go. Car was in great shape and we were ready to purchase, but this is where the deal went south. A car that had an internet price of twenty five K all of a sudden had over two and half K in fees. He explained that the internet price didn't include the CPO warranty of fifteen hundred dollars. Basically they wanted to charge me an erroneous fee to make the dealership an unfair profit on this vehicle. I met with 5 other dealers in NY and NJ and NONE of them added a CPO fee to get Mazda's 100k/ 7 year warranty. This dealership engaged in deceptive pricing in order to get us to come in which is the reason so many car dealers get a bad name. We wound up purchasing a car from their competitor for twelve hundred dollars less that included the CPO warranty and the upgraded premium package. Dre was a nice guy but he was unwilling to negotiate at all on the exorbitant fees which is why I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The worst service I have ever received from a dealership. I made a appointment to test drive the Mazda3 Hatch AWD with Maray Ramos. Asked if it was AWD and he said yes. Ended up it was FWD. Could not show me a AWD Mazda3 because a "BROKER" just sold the car. I guess a "BROKER" is more important than a real customer that is in the showroom. I then looked at the CX-30, test drove it and asked for numbers. Salesmen did not ask any questions about what I wanted etc. The salesperson ASSUMED that i wanted to lease. Came back with financing and just presented it. No break down or anything. This place is such a joke!!!! Please do not waste your time. Afterwards, went to Wayne Mazda, got a great deal and made a deal. Please do not waste your time at Mazda of Lodi. They rather deal with Brokers than real customers that is in the showroom. More

Dre is wonderful!! He made my daughters first car purchase a wonderful experience. This is our second vehicle from Mazda of Lodi and each experience has been great!
