Mazda Of Lodi responded

This particular customer came into Mazda of Lodi several times in order to purchase a Pre-owned Mazda CX9 vehicle. After meeting with several salespeople, he purchased the vehicle which was traded in with one key. This was explained to the customer at which point he declined to take delivery of the vehicle. He asked for his down payment which was refunded then came back the following day just to ask us again for the same deal that we initially gave him. Unfortunately vehicle was already sold to another customer. Mazda of Lodi treated this customer with the upmost respect and yet customer was not satisfied. You can see from other reviews how mazda of Lodi has satisfied many customers over the years.

This particular customer came into Mazda of Lodi and initially asked for a test drive. We had just received a shipment of vehicles where our lot staff were using our plates in order to move these vehicles to our other two lots. This was explained to this customer along with offering the options that he could wait until they came back or schedule an appointment to come back at another time. After explaining this to the customer, he then stated that they were looking at several other cars, took our business cards and said he would call us to schedule an appointment. We usually set up test drive appointments so that customers aren't waiting and so that we know what day and time to expect them. Mazda of Lodi treated this customer with the upmost respect and yet customer was not satisfied. You can see from other reviews how mazda of Lodi has satisfied many customers over the years.
