STAY AWAY . .. dishonest sales agents and managers. We had an agreement over email to "trade" my CX9 for a new CX90 - and after we did the deal I found out my CX9 .. dishonest sales agents and managers. We had an agreement over email to "trade" my CX9 for a new CX90 - and after we did the deal I found out my CX9 as never part of the transaction - they simply returned my CX9 to Mazda Financial Services. I only agreed to the deal because it was presented to me as a "trade" - the famous bait and switch ... I'll now face hundreds, possibly thousand in excessive wear because they never informed me they changed the deal behind my back - and also robed me the opportunity to make repairs and prepare my car to be returned. With the above being said, run ... these people can not be trusted! They'll try to get you to sign things you didn't agreed to. I reached out to upper management but have yet to hear back. If an amicably resolution is reach I'll be willing to review my overall experience. More

Confirmed appointment numerous times to arrive and be told that I DIDN'T have an appointment but Kelly was pleasant and told me no worries.
