Staff was professional. The waiting lounge is clean, roomy and comfortable. I also like the service hours (early start). The only negative is that a service I didn’t have done (I declined verbally and on the text sent to me while waiting), was downloaded in the Mazda App (under my Service History). It was “Tire Rotation.” When I called to find out a) why it was included when the service wasn’t performed, I didn’t get an acceptable answer. Basically, was informed she didn’t know why but that Mazda has my correct record of actual services performed. That’s all well and good but the information input by the Service Department should be correct. Part of having and using the Mazda Application is to keep an actual history. So, at the moment — mine has an error, which apparently cannot be corrected. That makes no sense to me either. More
