They don't treat customers with courtesy and they are not professional. They didn't bother taking 3 minutes to explain what repairs were done to the vehicle, even though they charged a lot of money. The salesperson really jerked me around. He didn't inform me of the wait time of TWO AND A HALF HOURS. I made the decision to purchase my vehicle at 5:45 pm and was in the dealership waiting He didn't inform me of the wait time of TWO AND A HALF HOURS. I made the decision to purchase my vehicle at 5:45 pm and was in the dealership waiting to see the finance guy until 9:15 pm. As well as not being forth coming regarding wait time, Matt wasn't forth coming about the interest rate I was approved for either and argued with me when I showed him Chase's approval email. He tried to push me towards their much higher quote. He laughed at my negotiation and overall really made me wish I worked with a different salesperson or even visited a different dealership. By the time I was informed of the wait and that he wasn't "waiting for the auto loan to come in" it was 7:15 pm and I already invested much of my night. Little did I know it would be another 2 hours until I left. I was given one set of keys and called a few times to get an additional set. Have been told someone would call me back twice now and no one has after several days. More
The dealer chargers $159 for a diagnostic test. Even if you decide to move forward with any of the services they recommend, they do not waive the diagnostic charge, that’s huge drop of the ball.
