I had a great experience buying my Mazda at Roseville Mazda last weekend. Jordan, and all of the team there, were very friendly, honest, and helpful. That day they happened to be short staff, but the communication from everyone there durning the purchase was excellent about what to expect, so we able to go out and enjoy a meal vs just sitting around. I used the Costco Auto Buying program and was contacted by a staff member at Mazda Roseville. Since I was communicating with several Mazda dealerships all at once, I asked to be contacted and work on the by a staff member at Mazda Roseville. Since I was communicating with several Mazda dealerships all at once, I asked to be contacted and work on the a possible deal by email, just so I can better track all my deals and offers and keep them in order. Soon after, Jordan Williams reached out to me in a timely manner to start an offer. After I let him know what specific features I was looking for in a Mazda CX50 hybrid, he found a match in their inventory and worked up a deal for it, which automatically included the Costco discount. I also asked him about other offers and promotions, which he was able to bring into the deal. Since I had cast a wide net in my search for the best deal, which included out of state dealerships, I let Jordan know about an attractive offer I received, so I countered with my own offer which would save me a trip and travel time out of state. Jordan took that offer and promptly had his manager accept, which saved me a trip out of state. The morning I was about to close my deal for my CX50, there was a little last minute confusion about my offer. Jordan kindly called me first thing in the morning, even before his work shift started, and was able to help clarify my concern. At the time of pickup, he was very thorough and patient showing me the features of my CX50. He also helped me setup my Mazda Connect app on my phone for inter-connectivity with my car before I left the dealership. The longest portion of the closing experience was with Financing and disclosures. There, I worked with Jaik Willmon, who was very pleasant, and made the process go by fairly quickly, despite the both of us wandering off topic discussing sports and international travel. This is the third Mazda I've purchased, and the second through John Driebe's ForAnyAuto Group. I can definitely tell the difference in the better customer service and commitment between the dealerships Mr. Driebe owns versus the other non-affiliated Mazda dealerships. Unless you can find a better deal which you can't pass up elsewhere, check out the folks at Mazda Roseville for a pleasant buying experience and fair deals! More
