A big “thank you” to the Service Manager Bobby and his crew at Roseville Mazda. I brought my CX-90 in for various issues that required multiple visits and everything was covered by my factory warranty. crew at Roseville Mazda. I’m especially driving a 100 mile each direction to this location in order to service my Mazda CX50 hybrid due to the EXCELLENT service all around. Runs on time as estimated. Every one at the service department is polite, smiley, kind and patient to provide answers to any question. And all of that is operating as a Swiss clock under an extremely knowledgeable and wonderful service manager, Mr. Shields, who deserves the credit for having such a well run department! While your vehicle is being serviced you can enjoy a hot/cold beverage and a snack in a devoted area. Super satisfied! More
