I wanted a like-new used Miata. I knew exactly what I wanted and when one was listed at Mazda Roseville I was excited, unfortunately, I live 500 miles away from Roseville. My Client Specialist, Jai Edwards went above and beyond to show me the car was everything I was looking for. He sent excellent videos and photos showing the condition of the vehicle including before and afters of blotches that came out. I was reassured this was my unicorn. My husband and I drove to Roseville to seal the deal using my Mazda 3 as a trade in. The buying/selling process was seemless. Jai collected the necessary information ahead of time to eliminate unnecessary waiting. He then explained the features of the car. We appreciated his extensive knowledge of the product.
