I had my car in for service and was told at some point I would need a new battery but it still tested great. Exactly one week later my car died and had to get a jump start. It needed a new batter and new filters which should have been replaced a week ago. I have been going to this service dept. for 5 years so I was very disappointed. They said they would give me a discount because of the inconvenience of having to come back but they did not give me a discount. I worked with Don Smith who was very nice and communicative but as a whole, I will think twice before taking my car to Mazda Roseville. More
