What a load. I've bought three new Miatas, referred four friends who bought new Mazadas and have serviced my cars there for 33 years! My car sat for days after all the parts were there. The service manager intentionally had my tech work on other cars. I waited two and a half hours until 7:45 at night to get my filthy pristine sportscar back. I spoke to the Gen. Mgr., Derrick Fish, who said he would look into it. I never heard from him again. Talk is cheap, your actions show who you really are. Mario treated me like xxxx and I want to know why. He needs to be held accountable.

I agreed to the estimate at 11:30 Wednesday. The brakes and oil change should have been done Wednesday. The a/c compressor and all parts for the a/c repair were there early Thursday morning. The a/c repair should have been done Thursday. and the car returned to me. Was any work done Wednesday? No. Was any work done Thursday? No. Was any work done Friday? No. It was only after I called Saturday saying I needed my car back that work was started late Saturday afternoon. That's why I was sitting on the bench at the service drive when the sun went down. I was sitting there when all the service techs left after closing all the service bay doors and turning off the lights. I was sitting there at a quarter to eight at night when Mario brought my dirty car around. Dirty because it had been sitting in back of the service building for 4 days. It was pristine when I brought it in. This was all done intentionally. I asked Mario why and he refused to answer. I want to know why. I want Mario held accountable for his actions. Your insincere appologies are useless. Tell me why someone who has bought 3 new Miatas there, reffered 4 friends to buy new Mazdas and has been a service customer for 33 years was treated this way.
