Our experience wa We have bought 2 cars in the past four months from Joe Machens Mazda. Our first time we bought a Mazda 3 iTouring from John Trimble. Our experience was nothing short of amazing, which is why we came back 4 months later for a second vehicle. The second vehicle was a Mazda CX-5 from Mike Slinkerd or "Slinky" as they call him! We originally asked for John because he was so great the first time, but upon finding out that he was on vacation-- we were introduced to Slinky! He was equally as amazing. The sales manager Al Morgan is very understanding and hilarious. They are the BEST group of people to work with. I have highly recommended Joe Machens Mazda to everyone I know. These 3 awesome employees will ensure you are 100% happy and they will work endlessly to make it happen! We were on a tight budget because it was going to add a second car payment, yet they made us the best deal we were offered by any dealership we went to! They also worked 2 hours after closing time and dealt with my emotional roller coaster feelings. All while keeping smiles on their faces and telling we not to worry because we will make it happen!
